It's TIME for our Annual New Year’s Day 108 Sun Salutations practice followed by a community potluck brunch - a tradition in our community since 2016! We’ll also be joining with Flora to celebrate our 1 year anniversary at The Retreat! Enjoy music, a potluck brunch, raffles, free samples from vendors, good company & MORE!
Our 108 Sun Salutation practice will start at 10am and you can come and go as your please! Retreat Teachers will tag team and lead us through this special traditional practice. After the 108th Sun Salutation is complete, we’ll join together for a community brunch potluck and PARTY to celebrate our 1st year with Flora at the Retreat!
