I am Robin Chapman (she/her) and I love the outdoors, yoga and physical fitness. I have led an active life for as long as I can remember and try to move my body every day. I enjoy all forms of exercise for both my physical and mental health. I run, walk, bike, snow-ski, lift weights, do triathlons, practice yoga and chase my 3 boys.
I've practiced Yoga in Austin for nearly 20 years at a variety of studios in town. I completed the Yoga Illumined 200-hour teacher certification program in December 2012.
I love the physically fit town of Austin, Texas and the variety of exercise options you can find for both your mental and physical health.
Whether I'm teaching a bootcamp type class or a Yoga flow, I use powerful moves to engage and strengthen every muscle in your body as well as your mind. My classes always focus on proper alignment of postures and moves in a relaxed and welcoming environment to all levels and abilities.
I am a fitness enthusiast who is passionate about exercise and helping others challenge themselves physically and enjoy an active lifestyle and open mind.
