Alaina teaches yoga to facilitate peace, acceptance, and inspiration to allow people to be more content and alive in themselves and their bodies. She's been practicing yoga for over 15 years and teaching since 2016. She teaches a wide variety of classes from vinyasa to alignment to restorative. She loves encouraging students to take space to connect with themselves and their bodies throughout class. In practicing with her, students will be entering into a conversation and collaboration on how they wish to experience their yoga practice both on and off the mat.
