The Spring Equinox represents rebirth, renewal, change… and new beginnings. It’s also a reminder that the darkness of Winter is over as we move closer to longer periods of daylight in the Spring. This is a time to experience clarity as we ask ourselves “what do I need to leave behind in the darkness of Winter in order to move forward into the love and light that awaits us?”
