Enjoy an afternoon connecting to community and learning some basic tools of Kundalini Yoga!
Have you ever wondered how Kundalini differs from other styles of yoga? In this workshop, Janice will share the meaning and intent of the kriyas, mantra and breathing techniques we practice in Kundalini classes. (By the way, a kriya is specific sequence of physical movements that work toward a particular outcome.)
You can expect to learn the benefits of Kundalini Yoga for your physical body, organs, mind and nervous system. You will also experience a Kundalini practice ending in a gong bath!
Join us as we’ll elevate each other through the practice of Kundalini!
